Apache Casino Hotel is one of the newest and most luxurious destinations in southwest Oklahoma. The Ft. Sill Apache's gaming destination in Lawton, OK was significantly enhanced with the opening of this 132-room upscale hotel in 2012. Wellengood supported the hotel expansion project which includes a full-service restaurant, 2,500 square feet of meeting and banquet space, and a lushly landscaped outdoor pool area.
During the expansion project, Wellengood Partners offered brand analysis and positioning, organizational planning, service standard development, development consulting, budgeting, systems development and integration, FF&E purchasing and installation management, staff training, pre-opening support, and management support services after grand opening.
