Keeanna Taylor

Driven to serve people in her community, Keeanna Taylor joined Wellengood in 2017 as the Director of Human Resources for The Westin Memphis Beale Street. Guests can credit Taylor in part for the warm atmosphere at the Westin Memphis as she directs talent acquisition, employment engagement and benefits, workers compensation, safety and employment compensation strategy, among other areas.

Born and raised in the Collierville area, Taylor’s family and community are reason for her gravitation toward hospitality. Taylor's extensive experience in human resources began in 2003 as a front desk agent for a select service Marriott brand. She then grew into management roles as the Assistant General Manager with Fairfield Inn and Courtyard brands in the Memphis area. In 2007, Taylor became the Human Resources Generalist for her first full-service hotel, Memphis Marriott Downtown, and was then promoted to Human Resources Manager.  She became the Director of Human Resources in 2015 for IHG brand’s Crowne Plaza before joining the team at The Westin Memphis. She witnessed the hotel’s transition into a Marriott property.

When away from her Westin Memphis family, Taylor can be found spending time with her 2 kids, keeping up with basketball, traveling with her family or serving in her church community.
